It’s been two years! No more snoring! Dr. Cohen is great. I got fitted for an oral appliance and stopped snoring. After some great advice I began a healthy lifestyle and now sleep better, blood pressure is down and glucose levels are down.
I LOVE these guys so much! I drive a distance to get there and do not mind doing so, because everyone there has been so awesome from the word go!Other labs I had been to, were obviously not good at all!!! Sleep Dynamics staff were kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is impeccably clean and the room is set up to make you feel comfortable when staying the night. As well, I felt safe and secure during my night stay for the sleep study.
The experience I had with this office was life changing . Service and attention to details were beyond reproach . The sleep study choices and the options to treat my apnea accommodated my needs . It was a morning after a very long and frustrating night attempting sleep without success. In the morning I googled sleep clinics and discovered that help was available and it was nearby.I wasn’t kept waiting terribly long to have an initial consult whereupon I was advised as part of a process of elimination to move forward with other help Sleep Dynamics offered to have to participate in the overnight sleep apnea test.I would have rather spend the night standing on line at motor vehicle but I agreed in desperation.Every detail was pleasant, the attendant who brought me to my room couldn’t have been any more sensitive and caring.I was efficiently hooked up to monitors for my head, fingers, lungs every vital organ involved. Pretty much I was left alone to sleep which was aided by a prescription because it is only when you’re sleeping that the monitors had something to register. Morning came monitors removed I was offered several choices for breakfast which I happened to decline.Within a week I received a call inviting me back to hear the results. To my utter shock I was told that I had moderate sleep apnea and being fitted for an appliance for my mouth was recommended. I requested a consult with the dentist Dr Bixby who was incredibly informed by many years of experience. That was a great comfort as he would be the person to fit me for the mouthpiece which will be done in a few days. Again they were extremely accommodating and I’m eager to return for the next step of this healing journey.I couldn’t encourage you more to take the leap of faith I have hopefully engendered by my testimony to their really over the top professionalism and ability coupled with wonderful kindness and encouragement. Give Sleep Dynamics a try I don’t expect they will disappoint you.
I was so happy with my own experience with Sleep Dynamics that I convinced my husband to go in for a sleep study. They make the sleep study as comfortable as possible and the nurses/techs that work there are all wonderful. If you're debating about going, let me just say this, "I wish I hadn't ignored my sleep apnea for so many years. I can't believe the difference. Since using my machine, I wake right up in the morning and I am awake until after midnight. Before, I was so tired while driving, that I could barely stay awake when I stopped at a red light!" We will be back soon to get back my husband's results. I am hoping that being on a regular sleep schedule and getting restorative sleep will help him with a lot of his aches and pains.

Highly recommend Sleep Dynamics! I had a sleep study done, as well as saw their medical sleep dentist, based on the study results. If you have any issues with your sleep, I definitely recommend you come here! Dr. Mary was awesome, as was DDS Bixby! The technicians during the study were very nice and helped make the process easy and comforting. Again, I couldn't recommend this place more!
My first experience with a cpap machine was a disaster a few years ago at another place. I finally did the sleep study with SD and their awesome nurse practitioner recommended the right device and mask at the right settings. We started at a very low setting and worked our way up. After never being a good sleeper my entire life, I’m finally sleeping much better. Wake up with no headaches, clear mind. Dare I say I wont ever stop using it.
They were all knowledgeable in their individual work and very pleasant to work with at the Neptune location. From the initial office visit to the sleep study and back to the office for a follow up appointment and going over the sleep study report, I highly recommend this group for any sleeping disorder you may have! The staff was fantastic! Everyone I was in contact with was super friendly, professional and informative. Even though I was hooked up to a ton of wires I had the sleep of my life in the Sleep Number Bed! The facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. If you need to have a sleep study done - go to Sleep Dynamics in Neptune. They are excellent!
